Sauteed Greens With Penne Pasta and Sundried Tomatoes

2 oz sundried tomatoes, reconstitute in 1 cup hot water for 3-4 minutes

1 sweet onion, halved and sliced thin

1-2 cloves of garlic, sliced or chopped

1/2 bunch Green Kale, or other leafy green, washed, and cut into bite size pieces

1/3 lb organic mushrooms, sliced thin

1lb penne pasta

Organic Coconut oil expeller pressed for saut
